I have used both the Medical version and the version bundled with Corel
Office. If you decide to purchase, get the medical version otherwise
you'll spend more time inputting words into the system than actually using
it. Training it for my voice and speech patterns took a total of about 4
hours spread over a couple of days with additional training (when I got
irritated ), for about a month or so. For gross description it works quite
well once trained, bearing in mind Joe's comments. For my microscopic
dictation I don't use it as a lot of the appropriate words are not in it's
vocabulary and I don't want to spend the time to input them.
BTW if you get a cold it won't recognize your voice
