The best thing you can do is contact the person that will be doing the 
laser capture. Tissue prep and slide prep are crucial, especially for 
RNA. I run a laser capture facility and I would be contacting my guys at 
Arcturus to get the best method for doing this. RNA work is so ticky, 
but they have the protocols if it can be done on bone. We have never 
worked with bone.
