Chris,

Over the years I have tried with no success to get reliable staining on FFPE
mouse tissue with little success.

What exactly to you mean by boosting the detection system? Biotin tyramide
amplification or something else that I am not aware of?

Would love to use this antibody reliably.

Recently, I saw the same problem with the very same antibody with one of my 
colleges. Boosting the detection system has helped him quite a lot.
