For solution pcr use, we have an Eppendorf Mastercycler Gradient with a heat block that accompdates 1.0 mL, 0.5 mL or 96 well plates.

For in-situ pcr, we use a Lab-line Model 216 cycler (Fisher Scientific). 

Reagents come from Promega or Perkin Elmer. We use Invitrogen for preparation of custom oligos and primers.
