RE: Journal of Histotechnology problem

From:"Dawson, Glen"

Case,

I had an article accepted by this journal and was even told which issue it
would appear in. After telling many a friend and co-worker that I would
have an article published in the JOH, I was shocked when the issue came out
without my article. I was told that it was an unfortunate oversight on
their part and that the article would, in fact, never be published because
of a change in policy regarding editorials. This did not, however, make me
look like any less of an idiot to those who were actually looking for the
supposed article. If they do agree to publish something from you, take my
advice and tell no one until you see it in black and white. I will restrict
any future articles to more local publications from now on to avoid the
shame.

Subject: Journal of Histotechnology problem

Hi all,

In the last 2 months or so I have been trying to submit an article for
publication to the Journal of Histotechnology via email. So far I have hear
nothing back from them, despite my trying. Has anyone else had any
difficulty communicating with this journal?
Any input appreciated.

 Thanks,
