Puzzled thanks!

Thanks all for your input.Today a coworker called  Sakura.She did a rotary valve check all was well.The other issues weren't addressed.So I called later..Sakura was wonderful and the tech support was great. They are recommending the vip be looked at.We had water in the charcoal etc.
