Hi everyone. I have a few questions for those lucky/brave souls doing pcr
testing. We are setting up a lab currently. I have a couple of questions on
preferences. What thermocyclers are most using? Several scientists have told
me only to use Perkin Elmer (Applied biosytems) - has this been others
experience? Are you using filter tips with standard pipettes or air
displacement pipettes? Is anyone using capillary gap electrophoresis to
detect products? That's all for now. Probably more as time goes on. Thanks
