I noticed the  discussion about this antibody recently on the histonet.  We
have been working on this antibody in house for the past month or so.  We
have found that the seotec antibody works very well with 4% paraformaldehyde
fixed (4-6 hours), paraffin embedded tissue without any digestion required.
