Hello all,
I would like to get a sample of responses from people about what they think is the optimal time and procedure for fixing breast specimens for doing immuno for ER, PR and Her 2 Neu.  To include core samples, and lumpectomies with types of fixatives and times.  Especially those using an streptavidin - biotin detection system.  What about weekend specimens? Thanks- all input is much appreciated---I will share the responses.
