Hi everyone,

I think I might have asked this before, but does anyone know of a method
to differentiate simple epithelia that was derived from mesoderm or
endoderm from a squamous type epithelia that was derived from ectoderm?

I am trying to follow another paper that used cytokeratin 14 and 
cytokeratin 18 antibodies, but I am having trouble with labeling my 
cytokeratin 14 sites.  I could try another antibody, but I thought 
I would ask to see if there was a histochemical method to
differentiate these cells.
