Hello,

I need to label the cytoplasmic membrane of fixed whole mount tissue 
(specifically, endothelial cells of Schlemm's canal) in order to visualize the 
cell margins for confocal microscopy. One option suggested to me are the FM 
dyes sold by Molecular Probes. Does anyone have any other suggestions or 
alternatively, expertise/experience in using these FM dyes? Thanks
