Determination of Rana ridibunda from Turkey.
I preserve the bone(femur)of Rana ridibunda. I
have waited the
bone(1-2cm) in %10formalin-alchol for 2hr.and I have
used %5nitric
acid for decalcification 32hr. Dehyrdrated by runnightthe
bone though a serious included 1-2hr.one each of absolute ,%70,
80,90, 95, abs alchool but the bone was harding in the %90 and
95 and then was taken xylol steps and paraffin steps(hard wax).The
bone destroyed until sectiong in microtom.
