We’ve only just started experimenting with this antibody. So far we find it working on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (human) tissues at 1:50 using Dako’s mouse Envision+ detection, and no pretreatment. In general I’ve found Novocastra’s antibodies to be of very high quality.
