RE: Use of quick freeze spray during frozen sectioning

We have noticed that the sales for our CLINI-RF RAPID FREEZER have greatly increased over the last six months. We put this down to the fact that other rapid freezers/baths did not go down to the temperatures that ours achieve. But it maybe that the use of aerosols is decreasing, which is very pleasing as this is one of the reasons we developed the CLINI-RF RAPID FREEZER.

I cannot see why there should be any opposition, as this device is safer, faster freezing and  less money in the long term.

We are trying to eliminate the use of this product during FS and of
course I'm getting a lot of opposition from the residents.

What are other labs doing?

Thanks
