Hi,
Have you controlled your cutting temperature ? To hot or to cold can make
the cutting more difficult. Oriëntation can make the cutting easier, as you
may know. I advise you to collect your sections on Silanocoated slides, to
minimise the lost, even with micrwave treatment.
