We use .05g of Diastase of Malt from Fischer Scientific in 50 ml of DH2O.

Our techs are literally having to spit to obtain diastase for the PASD
stains.  We tried a commercial diastase which had to be activated with spit,
but it didn't work well.  Does anyone know of diastase we can get
commercially which works well?
Our techs are drying up.
