Hi all,

I have a quick question about double labeling for IFC.

I have been using single labeling for two different antibody and both worked 
fine. However, I use two different block solution to block each of my 
primary antibody. One is block with anti-mouse in 1% BSA/TBST for my Mono. 
Mouse antibody and the other is block with 1% normal goat serum in 1% 
BSA/TBST for Mono. Rabbit antibody.

My question is I want to do double labeling for both of my antibody, but 
STICK with what to do with the blocking step. The tissue is Skin and Liver.
