apology for the uproar caused

Hey,
I did not expect this to mutate into a who is and who isn't debate. I fired off the query in response to insults and accusations and threats made by an employer who hasn't kept his word and then was "amazed" that I could even think about leaving! All I really wanted was some support that I was doing the right thing in the correct manner. Deep down I know I am but a "little" feedback helps to ease ones mind in some cases. To all of you on the histonet:
Please accept my apology for causing such a ruckus and please do stop bickering and calling each other names.
