Thats my point, if you are a dishwasher (even with a degree) you are not a 
professional.  I know lets call everyone a professional,  that way no one 
will get their feelings or selfesteem HURT.  If everyone is paid the same 
reguardless of occupation or education, and are given the same pay, quality 
will go to hell and we will be living in a Communist State.  We see how well 
communism works in China thats what we need across the entire world.
