Well said Aidan. Tactless words from those within our field will only 
give off the impression that we are not professionals. "Educatedhisto" 
you do not speak for me, so please state your opinions with an idenity. 
Also, the generalization that all bosses are bad has really got to go. I 
work for a wonderful group of doctors and have had this good fortune in 
the past as well. Approach a situation with a bitter attitude and you 
will almost always get bitter results. Thank you,
