Dear "educatedhisto":

a) In my opinion all histotechs, regardless of an arbitrary "I have a degree" distinction, are professionals
b) I happen to have a degree, but regard my "untrained" colleagues as professionals also.  I believe they would be extremely upset to have you degrade them so.
c) It is *extremely* poor netiquette to leave your emails unsigned.  WHO ARE YOU?
