Re: Shandon coverplates
Sorry for my admittably unclear text. We aren't using
coverplates for coverslips, of course. The problem I
mentioned occurs when applying normal coverslips AFTER
USING COVERPLATES FOR STAINING.
Thanks for your Coverplate hints!
I have ordered a few different aqueous mounting media
to give them a try. I hope they'll work better than
glycerin-gelatin.
