Re: Human neutrophil staining

From:LaCinda Burchell

Dear Phil,
I apologize that I have been delayed in getting this response to you.
I have been having very good results in the identification of
neutrophils by using two different monoclonal antibodies. The first is
Dako's Anti-Human Neutrophil Elastase (Clone NP57, Code No. M0752). The
second is Monoclonal Antibody to Human Neutrophil Defensins 1-3, from
HyCult biotechnology b.v.. In the US I ordered this through Cell
Sciences, 888-769-1249 (Clone D21, product number HM2058). If you'd
like to try either of these I'd be happy to share my protocols with you
in case they'd be of any help. Please feel free to contact me. Best of
luck, Cindy B

Hi and I hope everyone had a good christmas and new year,

I'm looking for an antibody, stain, or kit for identifying
infiltrating
neutrophils in human gastric biopsies. Frozen sections, and possibly
ffpe.

Thanks for any help,
