I've had several successful CD31 experiments on mouse tissue (formalin fixed and
paraffin embedded) with PharMingen's antibody.  Catalog # 550274 and
lot # M070846.  I used it at a dilution of 1:500 overnight in the refrigerator.
This protocol also needed amplification so I used the tyramide signal amplification
kit from NEN.
