Dear Marsha et al,

Several companies, Zymed, DAKO and others now have a seperate, proprietary
reagent that you can add AFTER development of DAB.  DAKO calls theirs a DAB
enhancer and it works nicely for weakly stained antibodies.  The DAB will
turn a darker color than the usual brownish pigment.   Have used it with
their DAB+ and not with DAKo kits, but that's research folks.

It is not a tyramide product.
