No I have not, but I am not surprised. Years ago, I
found that cases of prostatic carcinoma showing
squamoid metaplasia, following therapy, failed to
stain with Prostate specific antigen nor Prostatic
acid phosphatase. I did wonder afterwards whether high
MW keratins could be demonstrated in these cells.
