When we did this "in house" we used Novocastra's, cat. # NCL-CD4-1F6, at
1:25.  HIER was in 1mM EDTA, pH 8, in Biocare's DeCloaking chamber for 2.5".
The primary antibody incubated for 28" and was amplified. Staining took
place on Ventana automated immunostainers.  

Due to low volume requests for this antibody we now send these out to a
reference lab.
