RE: anti-mouse VEGF
Andrea,
I use Santa Cruz SC-507 at 1:200 overnight at 4C. Pretreat with DAKO
digestion for 6 minutes, use biotinylated secondary, Vector ABC and DAB. The
system is polyclonal, I have it working well on mouse tissues but I would
love to know what monoclonal you are using. We use poly because that is what
the researcher had already purchased long ago and far away.
