Hi Bob,
I would recommend Humason's Animal Tissue Techniques, co-authored by Janice
Presnell, great book for resource information. As for embedding schedules
feel free to contact me and I will let you know what I have found to work.
Animal tissue is very dry and easy to turn into crispy critters!
