We use Ventana's Amplification step for a few antibodies. It works very well for us. Info from the web site is below:

Good Morning Everyone,

Does anyone know a procedure for DAB Enhancement on the Ventana. I thought many years ago they sold an enhancer which was in a dispenser. I call Ventana, they sent me a procedure using Nickel ,cobalt chloride. and DAB off the machine. I am wondering if the nickel and cobalt chloride can be paced on the tissue after the Ventana process has been completed or put in a dispenser.

Any suggestion are greatly appreciated.
