It doesn't really matter who has a degree and who doesn't, we should be getting work done and as long as we're reading or deleting these messages that's not what we're doing.  

Educatedhisto, whether professional or not (depending on the definition you use), is being rude.  This listserve is maintained for us to get work related stuff done and it is rude and ungrateful to use it as a sounding board.
