Hi there,

3 Questions:
 1. Anyone out there ever done PCR (polymerase chain reaction) or 
in-situ hybridization of on either glycol or methyl methacrylate 
sections?

2. would frozen sections of bone be suitable for the above 
techniques, and if so, would the target DNA/RNA be destroyed by 
cryopreservation? 

3.Would optimal sections only be obtained with some sort of tape 
transfer method or are there other techniques that could be used?
