Hello Histonetters:

     Having trouble with adult mouse spinal cord where the gray matter
     looks great and the myelin weird.  These are immuno's using a
     monoclonal anti-neurofililament antibody 2HC, free floaters, ABC
     elite, and intensified DAB with glucose oxidase.  The tissue is fixed
     with 4% Para.
