apologize for not getting this information earlier, but my finger hit the
delete button before the brain said whoa! I need the information regarding
the gentleman who gave the  talk about Quality Control and Quality
Assurance. We are having a company willing to pay for a speaker to come to
our site. I think this might be the topic to get people enthused about
taking responsibility for their actions, especially if the speaker is not
only knowledgeable but dynamic.
