A couple of weeks ago I got a new case of systemic mastocytosis with
extensive osteoporosis and without dermal involvement. The mast cells were
+++ positive for mast-cell tryptase (Dako) and CD117/c-kit (Santa Cruz), but
only few reacted positive for a-naphthyl-chloracetate-esterase (as
expected). Now I would like to demonstrate also chymase using the new Ab
from Serotec. Has anybody experience with this antibody he/she would like to
share?
