Sorry to drop this non Histological in. This is to those of you who 
are from the North Dakota or Minnessota area. Watched a film last 
night based in this area, especially Brainerd and was a little 
confused to hear the word ja (for yes) in amongst an obvious 
American accent. Is this of German/Scandinavian origin or just an 
unusual local dialect?
I also freeze paraformaldehyde alloquots (4% in PBS) with no 
problems!
