Not to set off another "you can't discuss charges" war BUT is there a
place where clinical charges are actually specified, or is this set by
individual hospitals? I tried the CAP site and either the info isn't there
or I missed it (most likely). Or could some kind souls let me know how
their clinical EM charges are structured - per case, per block, per tech
hour....what is the standard? Do the charges include the pathologist fees,
or are they strictly lab charges?
