Patsy (and others)-
I have to second what Scott said about the Ventana processor.
I had an early MVP in my lab in El Paso and loved it even though it wasn't my
first choice (county hospital...low bid wins, you know how that goes). While
some labs had problems with their units my processor was sent from heaven - I
never had a bit of trouble with mine. Later on I went to work for RMC and got
to like the processor more after learning more about it. Of course now I'm
back in the lab and I don't have anything to do with the processor but from
what I can see everything Ventana has done to the processor has just made it
better and I think it is every bit as good as the VIP and in some ways
better. It is very easy to program and is user friendly. But after doing some
programming on a VIP it was easy and friendly too. What I used to tell the
customers was that they should try all the processors and decide on which one
best suited their needs - I hope that you can do that too.
Have fun!
Andi
