I use a Gomori's one-step to stain fresh frozen
muscle. No Mordant.1 minute in filtered Harris Hematoxylin, 5 minutes
washed in tap water, 10 minutes in filtered Gomori's one step, Rinse
quickly in 0.2%<br>
Acetic Acid, dehydrate,clear and mount.<br>
