Re: TRAP Staining Method

Sigma has a good kit (Leukocyte acid phosphatase, Cat# 387 A) that works
well on mouse feet.

Hi everyone:

I want to thank all those who gave me input on my search for tungsten
knives. My supervisor
was pleased with the response. I have another need at the moment. One of
our investigators
is interested in doing the TRAP stain on mouse hind feet. Does anyone have
a reference for
the method, or the method itself? Has anyone done it on mouse feet? I'd
be
grateful for any
info sent my way.

Thanks!
