Hello Tim,

we are using the 1F6 from Novocastra on formalin fixed cynomolgus (macaque)
tissue, especially in spleen. After microwaving in 1mM EDTA, pH 8.0 for 15
min and a dilution of 1:40 it works nicely for us. In contrast to the
datasheet we were able to use the antibody also successfully for frozen
tissue. For the formalin fixed tissue I need to say that it is generally
fixed more than 48 hrs.
Just try it again !
