Re: CD3 for Veterinary Medicine

Louri,
I use the polyclonal CD3 from DAKO; microwave pretreatment in citrate
buffer - 2 x 5 minutes with 20 minute cooldown; H2O2 block for 15 minutes;
normal goat serum protein block for 15 minutes prior to primary antibody;
CD3 at 1:50 for 45 minutes, LSAB2 link and label for 15 minutes each; AEC
for 10 minutes. All steps from H2O2 block on - done on autostainer. I make
my CD3 dilution from concentrate right before each time I use it.

Hello everyone,
We currently are having inconsistencies with our CD3 marker. I was
wondering if any of you may be using an antibody that is providing good
results? I would like to try another source, and any suggestions you may
have would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help.
