RE: Morphology textbook....

I like:

Histology: A Text and Atlas, by Michael H. Ross, Lynn J. Romrell and Gordon
I. Kaye; Third Edition, Williams and Wilkins, Publisher, 1995.
This is a comprehensive histology book with really good correlation of EM
and LM. The photos and line drawings are excellent. Some basic pathology is
presented.

Also,
Wheater's Basic Histopathology : A Colour Atlasm and Text
by Paul R. Wheater (Editor), H. George Burkitt (Editor), George Burkitt
Paperback 3rd edition (July 1996)
Churchill Livingstone; ISBN: 0443050880
An old standby.

Basic Concepts in Cell Biology and Histology : A
Student's Survival Guide (Basic Concepts Series)
by Robert M. Klein, Jim MacKenzie, James C. McKenzie
Paperback - 300 pages 2 edition (August 1999)
McGraw Hill Text; ISBN: 0070369305
A concise book that does a good job of relating histology to cell biology.
