Dear Histonetters,

Is anyone looking at Hif1alpha by immunohistochemistry in wax sections.
If so can you advise on the protocol i.e., antigen retrieval etc.  We
are using rat placenta and tried to use liver as a positive control
tissue.  The placenta came up but very little in the liver - any
suggestions ?
