Histonetters,

I am looking for a source of anti-mouse CD62E and anti-mouse CD62P
antibodies
for doing IHC on frozen skin sections.  Particularly, Pharmingen has noted
in
their spec sheet for CD62E clone 10E9.6 that there may be background
staining
when high concentrations of mAb ( >5 ug/ml ).  For those of you that have
experience with this antibody, I am looking for a  concentration of antibody
that would give clean staining in frozen skin sections.  I would also be
interested in other vendors that may have an antibody for these antigens.

Any replies would be appreciated.
