Cross reactivity to cell markers

From:Gayle Callis <uvsgc@montana.edu>

Try Serotec veterinary antibody chart, some cross reactivity with all the
species mentioned. Also there are several publications, Serotec can help
with that on canine tissues; publication by JA Ramos-Vara and Marilyn
Biessenherz, J Vet Diag Invest 12:307-311,(2000), 63 markers with antigen
retrieval. J Histotechnology 13(4)1990, R Smith on evaluation of cross
species reactivity of human antibodies to animal modesl. Biogenex has a
species cross reactivity chart (their antibodies) call their tech support.
Pharmingen has a whole new pig scheme of things, some of these may
antihuman antibodies, worth a look.
