Hi Histonetters,
I am posting this for a colleague who does not have access to Histonet. I
hope someone out there can help her. She is using a Microcut H 1200
vibrotome to cut 40 micron sections of rat brain fixed in paraformaldehyde
and plans to do immunos (not sure of which immuno procedure.) She is
having a lot of chatter and wonders if it is her technique or if her
expectations are too high and this is something she just has to live with.
You can e-mail her directly at skperkin@vt.edu or I will forward any
messages to her.
Thanks in advance for all your help.
