Histonet,

I am looking for someone that has experience with embedding undecalicified
bone. The specimen we have are rabbit knees. 5x4x2 mm sections were taken of
the joint and fixed in RHT fixative. We tried to use GMA (Tectnovit 7100) to
enbed. It seems that the bone did not get infiltrated. Someone suggested
using LR White instead since it infiltrated better. Any help would be
appreciated.
