First off I do electron microscopy almost exclusively. I have a user here
who is trying to get some 4-6µm sections of fish ( gar ) eggs from paraffin
with no luck and wants to switch to plastic. I suggested frozen sections
but was wondering if any of you had any direct experiences to pass along.
These things are 10mm long and 2-3 mm wide with an impervious sac. Thanks
