antibody binding to endoderm

Hi Everybody,
I am looking for an antibody that will only bind to endoderm or at
least to yolk granules.
We are working on Axolotl embryos (Salamander). We are looking at
development of tissue derived from endoderm in the pharynx and head
in embryos (gastrulation through larval stages).
I would appreciate any advice very much
